Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) will this week carry out heritage survey and field investigations in and around Lisarow Cemetery.
An RMS spokesperson said the investigations form part of planning for the future upgrade of the Pacific Highway between Lisarow and Ourimbah.
“RMS is working closely with representatives of the Anglican Church, Gosford City Council and local heritage groups,” the spokesperson said.
“The survey and investigation work is scheduled to start on 7 December and take several days, weather permitting.
“Anyone with an interest in the work is invited to contact the RMS project team on (02) 4379 7001 for more information or to provide input,” the spokesperson said.
